本ポリシーは、アプリ「マーブルチャイム」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。
本アプリ自体は、氏名・メールアドレスなどの個人情報を収集・保存しません。アカウント登録やサインインもありません。
本アプリは広告配信のため Google AdMob（Google LLC）を使用しています。広告は一般向けの内容に制限します。バナー広告はパーソナライズしません。全画面広告とヒントの任意広告では、他社のアプリやウェブサイトでの利用情報を使う広告配信・効果測定について、先にトラッキングの許可（ATT）をおたずねします。許可しない場合は IDFA を送信せず、広告のパーソナライズを無効にします。許可した場合も、地域別の同意内容を超えて利用しません。AdMob は広告の配信・不正防止・計測のために、端末や利用状況に関する情報を収集することがあります。詳しくはGoogle のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。欧州などでは、法令に基づき Cookie や端末情報の保存・利用を含む広告の同意をアプリ内でおたずねします。地域同意によって配信できる広告が制限され、広告を配信できない場合もあります。必要な地域ではアプリ内の「プライバシーの設定」で同意を変更できます。ATT の許可は iOS の設定で変更できます。どちらを拒否してもゲーム機能やヒントの利用を不利にしません。
「広告を消す」の購入は Apple を通じて処理されます。支払い情報を本アプリが取得することはありません。
クリアの記録・設定は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。本アプリの開発者がこれらを取得することはありません。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新することがあります。重要な変更はアプリのアップデートを通じてお知らせします。
Marble Chime ("the app") does not collect or store personal information such as your name or email address, and has no accounts or sign-in.
The app uses Google AdMob (Google LLC) to show ads. Ads are limited to general-audience content. Banner ads are non-personalized. For interstitials and optional hint ads, the app first asks for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission to use activity across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising and ad measurement. If you decline, the Google Mobile Ads SDK does not send IDFA and ad personalization is disabled. If you allow, regional consent choices still apply. AdMob may collect device and usage information for ad delivery, fraud prevention and measurement. See Google's Privacy Policy. Where required by law (e.g. in Europe), the app asks for consent regarding ads, including cookies and access to device information. Regional consent may limit ad serving or prevent ads from being served. You can change consent through Privacy settings in the app where required, and change ATT permission in iOS Settings. Declining either does not disadvantage your use of game features or hints.
The Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple; the app never receives your payment information. Progress and settings are stored only on your device and are not collected by the developer. This policy may be updated; significant changes will be announced through app updates.
